Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States only.

Shipping rates (calculated by order weight at checkout):

• Up to 1 lb — $6
• 1–3 lb — $10
• Over 3 lb — $15
• Free shipping on orders over $100

Rates may change: Carrier shipping costs change frequently, so we reserve the right to update our shipping rates at any time. In the rare case that the actual shipping cost for an order you've already placed comes in significantly higher than what was charged, we'll contact you directly before shipping to discuss it, and we may request an additional payment to cover the difference. We'll always communicate with you first — and if you'd prefer not to cover the difference, you can cancel that order before it ships.

Processing time: Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. You'll get a confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Local pickup (optional): If you're near Rome, GA (30161), you can choose free local pickup at checkout instead of shipping. Pick up at 51 E 20th St SW, Rome, GA 30161 — we'll email you when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours).
