All sales are final. Because these are limited-run merch and music items, we don't offer refunds, returns, or exchanges as a general rule.
That said — we want you happy with what you ordered. If something shows up damaged, defective, or wrong, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. And if you've got any other concern, message us anyway; we handle things personally and case by case.
